The meeting will be held in the Wells Suite.

There is free car parking for some 60 cars in Oaklands Park near to the Museum, including four designated accessible parking spaces. Additional pay and display parking is available at Moulsham Street Car Park, 157 Moulsham St, Chelmsford CM2 0LD. £8.50 for the day [pay by card]. 11 minutes’ walk from Museum.

Access by train: The nearest train station to Chelmsford Museum is Chelmsford Station. The museum is about a 30-minute walk from the station. Bus C1 comes from the Railway Station to the Museum – about 15/20-minute journey time. C1’s are every 15 minutes.

The Museum of Chelmsford is fully wheelchair accessible, with slopes, ramps, and a lift to all floors.
