Battle of Langport Information Board
3 August 2021
A new local history board featuring the battle of Langport has been installed at Huish Episcopi, the site of Parliament’s victory in 1645. The Trust worked with the Langport and District History Society to produce the board, supplying financial assistance, historical information and photographs taken by Trust member Rusty Aldwinckle. A battlefield trail leaflet is also available and can be downloaded from the Resource Centre on the Trust website.
