Battle of Shrewsbury Medieval Festival

Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th July 2025

The Battle of Shrewsbury Medieval Festival returns to promote the history of the battle fought in 1403 between King Henry IV and rebels led by the Percy family. 

The festival will see re-enactments of the battle with living history displays running throughout both days. 

The event is being held at the Battlefield 1403 centre at Upper Battlefield, Shrewsbury SY4 3DB and will run 10:00-16:00 each day.

This is not a Battlefields Trust organised festival but the Trust will have a stand at the event, so if you are visiting please come along and say hello.
