Walk - The Elizabethan walls of Berwick-upon-Tweed - POSTPONED

The Battlefields Trust North's spring walk is a guided tour of the walls and barracks of Berwick-upon-Tweed covering three centuries of border war and bloodshed.

Authors John Sadler and Bev Palin will provide an informative and interactive account of the role of this great bastion in the long centuries of war together with a description of the unique Elizabethan Walls and outworks.

Meet at 10.00 a.m. by the Barrack entrance on the Parade. The walk is expected to last approximately two hours. Waterproof clothing and sensible footwear is essential. For more information please contact John Sadler using the contact details below.
