Little more than the torso remains. Legs and hands are missing, head badly damaged.

Rhys Fawr ap Maredudd took a troop of local men to meet Henry Tudor on his march to Bosworth. He is credited with rescuing the banner of the Red Dragon on the battlefield, and according to some of the Welsh poets he struck one of the blows which killed Richard III.
