Battle of Northam 1069

Nick Arnold will be giving an illustrated talk on the events surrounding the battle of Northam in 1069 followed by a guided walk over the battlefield. Meet at 4.00 p.m. at Appledore Library Events Room, Appledore Quay, Appledore, Bideford, Devon, EX39 1QS. The event will last for approximately two hours. The walk is free of charge, but tickets need to be reserved and collected in advance from either Northam Library (01237 475111) or Appledore Library (01237 477442).
