Battle of Ripple 1643

Saturday 16th May 2026

Following the battle of Littledean walk on 11 April, Gregg Archer will continue the story of the Severn Valley campaign between Sir William Waller and Prince Maurice with a walk around the battlefield at Ripple, an action which saw Waller driven back to Tewkesbury.

Meet at 11 am. This is a joint walk for Mercia and West Midlands and Welsh Marches regions.
