Battle of Edgcote 1469

Join the Northamptonshire Battlefields Society to explore this little known but fascinating Wars of the Roses battlefield.

Meet 2:00pm at The Griffin Inn Culworth Road, Chipping Warden, Banbury OX17 1LB.

This walk takes place on permitted footpaths across working farmland covering around five miles and will last a minimum of three hours. The ground will be uneven at times and includes hilly sections. You must wear suitable footwear. It is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to complete the walk without assistance from the organisers
