Battle of Southam 1642

Join Gregg Archer for a walk around the 1642 battle of Southam where Lord Brooke's army, attempting to relieve Warwick, met a royalist force under the Earl of Northampton.

Meet in Long Itchington (Warwickshire, CV47 9QJ) at 11am by the pond in the centre of the village opposite the Pub 'The Duck on the Pond'. The route is across some fields and tarmac paths.
