Princeton 1777: A Battlefield under Threat

The American Civil War Trust has alerted us to the threat to the 1777 Princeton battlefield. Despite the incredible historic significance of this battle, the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) – a scholarly institution famed for its connections to Albert Einstein and other world-renowned scientists – is seeking to build faculty housing on 22 unprotected acres critical to the story of the battle. Hear about this battle and the campaign to preserve it.

Our hosts will be the Fusiliers Museum and the event includes a sandwich lunch a glass of wine and the opportunity to network in the exclusive surroundings of the Fusiliers mess in HM Tower of London.
