NOTIFICATION OF 2012 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2012 Annual General Meeting of the Battlefields Trust will be held at 11.45am on Sunday 26 February 2012 at the Tower of London Education Department, Waterloo Block, HM Tower of London, London EC3N 4AB
The main business to be transacted after formal business will include appointment of Patrons, Rules for the Governance of Regions, election of new Trustees and some proposed technical amendments of the Articles of Association governing the notice for and quora at meetings.
To facilitate admission to the Tower the Battlefields Trust will need to supply the Tower of London authorities with a list of those members attending. Therefore if you are planning to attend the AGM please inform me by 12.00pm on Thursday 23 February.
