Battlefields Trust AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the Battlefields Trust will be held at 12.00pm on Sunday 27 March in the Education Centre at Hampton Court Palace, East Molesey, KT8 9AU

Please note that the AGM will be preceded and followed by a training conference to enable our officers, representatives and partners to discuss and plan a number of the Trust's functions and activities. This will run from 10.30am to 11.50pm and from 2.30pm to 4.30pm. All members are most welcome to attend should they so wish.

The Palace has self-service catering facilities on site and there are a number of pubs in the immediate vicinity. However, a buffet lunch will be available immediately after the AGM for those who would like to order one. The cost, including tea and coffee for the day, is £20.00.

Because of the need to ensure appropriate accommodation, members are being asked this year to RSVP their attendance at the AGM. Members may still attend the AGM if they do not RSVP, but may find space limited. An RSVP slip together with an order form for the optional lunch can be found at the AGM agenda.

Please note that the 2009-2010 Annual Report and Accounts are still with the independent examiners. They will be uploaded here as soon as the Trust receives them.
