Civil War Day VI

Friday 3rd September 2010

Join Discover History highlighting the part played by the City and County during the English Civil Wars. Now in its 6th year! An exhibition of sites associated with the wars in the County, City and battlefield walks run by Discover History, talks by numerous personalities including Malcolm Atkin- Civil War historian, archeologist and author to books such as the Civil War in Worcestershire and Cromwell's Crowning Mercy. Activities for children, archaeological finds identification and a chance to meet the combatants!
