Within These Walls: York from Imperial Rome to the Commonwealth

David Cooke will discuss York's military history from ancient to modern times on a walk around the City's walls.

 

Meet Saturday 30th July 2016 at 6:30pm at the steps of Clifford’s Tower, which is adjacent to York Castle Car Park YO1 9SA. Parking Charges 6pm until midnight £2. The walk will take approximately 2 hours. (Depending on the group the walk can take place around the base of the walls rather than on them).
